How to Save, Export, and Reuse Label Templates in Your Browser
Yazar: Mert KILIÇ (Data Automation Specialist) - May 6, 2026
Save a working design locally, export it as JSON, and safely reuse the same layout in a later browser session.
Reusable templates keep dimensions and element placement consistent across repeat print jobs. UDImaker currently supports browser-local saving and JSON template import/export. It does not currently map Excel or CSV columns or generate a multi-page batch from spreadsheet rows.
### Save in This Browser
1. Complete the label dimensions, GS1 fields, and visual layout.
2. Use **Save to Browser** to store the current template in local browser storage.
3. Use **Load from Browser** when you return on the same browser and device.
### Move or Archive a Template
1. Select **Export JSON** to download a portable design file.
2. Keep the JSON file with your job documentation or transfer it to another device.
3. Select **Import JSON** to restore the validated design fields and supported elements.
JSON templates may contain business identifiers and embedded images. Store them according to your organisation's data-handling policy.
