Report an editor or printing problem

Include the page URL, browser and device, the action you were trying to complete and what happened. For printing problems, include your printer model, configured media dimensions, export format and scaling setting. A sample with fictitious data is usually enough to explain the issue.

Suggest a guide correction

Send the article URL and the sentence or example concerned. A link to the current official standard, manufacturer instructions or regulator guidance helps us assess the correction. State whether the problem concerns the explanation, an editor feature or the printed result.

Account and privacy requests

Identify the account email and describe your request. Do not send your password, session cookie, verification link or recovery token. You can remove individual saved designs in your account; account deletion requests can be sent by email.

Avoid sharing patient information, confidential production files or active credentials in a support message. If an example is needed, replace business and personal data before sending it.
