How to Print Labels at Actual Size (100% Scale) Without Scaling Errors
Yazar: Mert KILIÇ (Print Systems Engineer) - April 22, 2026
Prevent PDF printer scaling bugs ("Fit to Page") and ensure your physical labels match design dimensions perfectly.
Printer drivers frequently shrink PDF files by default. If an 80 mm label is printed at 74 mm, margins misalign and barcodes corrupt.
### Correct Printing Steps
1. Open the print dialog (Ctrl+P).
2. Set **Scale** to **"Actual Size" (%100)**.
3. Uncheck **"Fit to Printable Area"**.
4. Match media page size in printer properties to exact label millimeter dimensions.
